Initial Inquiry + Assessment

  • Interested schools, homeschool groups, or learning programs SUBMIT AN APPLICATION outlining their educational philosophy, structure, and goals.

  • A CONSULTATION CALL is scheduled to discuss their vision and how it aligns with the Painted Oak Approach™

Training + Professional Development

  • Educators and administrators participate in IMMERSIVE TRAINING on the core principles of the Painted Oak Approach™, including nature-based learning, self-directed education, and community engagement

  • Programs receive customized guidance on integrating outdoor learning into their curriculum and daily structure.

Implementation + Mentorship

  • School and programs begin incorporating Painted Oak strategies with ONGOING MENTORSHIP from our team.

  • Regular check-ins and site visits (if applicable) help refine their approach and address challenges.

Evaluation + Accreditation

  • Programs submit documentation (lesson plans, photos, reflections) demonstrating their COMMITMENT to the Painted Oak philosophy.

  • A final assessment ensures that key principles are embedded in the program's practices. 

  • Upon approval, the program receives official Painted Oak Approach™ accreditation and access to our network of education and resources.
